Yes, we strongly recommend booking in advance. This also allows you to benefit from special rates

Yes, you can cancel your descent at any time by phone. A refund will be issued in accordance with our cancellation policy (see T&Cs).

Trips are maintained even in case of poor weather (except in the event of a Météo France orange or red alert). If conditions do not suit you, you may change the date of your booking free of charge.

No, the choice of boat (1 or 2 seats) is made on site on the day of your descent.

Each two-seater canoe has a seat in the center, called the “central seat”, which is specifically reserved for children aged 7 to 12. This seat is not accessible to adults.

For any descent with an instructor, we kindly ask you to contact us by phone first. We will then explain how to complete your booking online.
